  • Android handsets aren't known for their cameras. The Desire's h5-megapixel cam comes with an LED flash
  • Digital zoom and autofocus. It can compete with the best Android cameras seen so far
  • But not with the top cameraphones on the market. The SIM and microSD slots are blocked by the battery
  • Which is kept behind the full-length plastic battery cover. This makes hot swapping of memory cards imposs
  • Some home-screen widgets need polishing
  • Android is still somewhat geeky
