  • Good general performance, Good for gaming, Energy consumption contained when using all 6 cores, Turbo Core
  • Energy consumption is high in absolute terms, No HyperThreading to better share processing load
  • AMD is finally matching the high-end performance levels given by Intel CPUs and while the very high end is still some way off, we do like the consistency given by this processor....

  • Short of spectacular for gaming, Ageing architecture
  • AMD's six-core Thuban processor has been a TechRadar favourite since launch back in April. But with just two Phenom II X6 models on offer, it wasn't exactly the widest range of chips.Enter, therefore, the new AMD Phenom II X6 1075T. At 3.0GHz, it slots...

  • Whether you are building a new system or upgrading to a faster processor the AMD Phenom II X6 1075T should be a serious contender on your short list. It offers great performance on lightly threaded applications and excelled at heavily threaded applic...

  • Fast, Stable, Overclocks well
  • Slower than 1090T and only 15$ cheaperFind more expert reviews at testseek.com
  • This cpu performs well but for 15-20$ you can get the 1090T that performs a tad better than the 1075T. I understand AMD makes cpu's for all markets but a 15$ difference really makes the 1090T a much better buy with the higher performance. AMD and Int...

  • Abstract:  The overall score quite precisely describes processor standings which marketing specialists could have in mind when setting prices. So, formally, we can say that every processor is in its place and is worth buyers' attention. Although, considering architectural differences, you should choose what's..

  • Abstract:  AMD on Tuesday unveiled the Phenom II X6 1075T -- a third model in its Phenom six-core processor line. And while its priced directly in the middle of the Phenom II line, the 1075T's benchmark performance far exceeds that of its superior, the 1090T. The...

  • True 6physicalcore processor, Turbo Core feature autooverclocks to 3.5GHz if 3 or fewer cores in use, Easily overclocks to more than 4GHz in an 890FX motherboard, Excellent performance in media transcoding and professional rendering and modelling, Low 125 watt TDP, Works in older AM2 motherboards (with BIOS update),
  • 45nm process is kinda old these days, Not as much cache as competitive Intel processors, Cannot support an NVIDIA SLI system
  • Benchmark tests should always be taken with a grain of salt. It's difficult to try and isolate the performance difference a single component in a computer system makes, especially when it's necessary to compare across different manufacturers and platf...

  • While this isn’t the fasted processor on the market, AMD has really shown what they can do. It’s clear that their goal is not to be the best, but to be the best value, and the benchmarks show what a great value this processor is. This product is very ...
